Momentum Group was built on a simple belief: the best leadership development firms don’t just teach strategy, they help leaders build clarity, confidence, and the ability to move ideas into action.

After years working across operations, product, and large-scale transformation, one pattern became clear. Organizations don’t struggle because they lack vision or intelligence. They stall because leaders are overwhelmed, disconnected from their identity, or unsure how to translate direction into momentum.

Momentum Group exists to bridge that gap.

Hi, I’m Jackie Cook. I’ve built my career around bringing clarity to complexity and helping leaders turn intention into action. With experience spanning operations, product, and large-scale transformation, I’ve seen firsthand what helps leaders move forward and what holds them back.

Over time, I’ve seen that progress doesn’t stall because people lack talent or ambition, it stalls because leaders are navigating too much change without the clarity, confidence, or support to move forward.

Momentum Group was created to meet that moment. Through leadership development, coaching, and practical frameworks, we help leaders and organizations find their momentum and sustain it.
