About Momentum Group

Leadership doesn’t stall
because you lack capability.
It stalls because clarity breaks down.

I help leaders create clarity in moments where capability isn’t the problem. That’s not a development problem. It’s a navigation problem.

“What I kept seeing wasn’t a capability problem. It was a navigation problem.”

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of product, process, and people. I’ve built the things, redesigned how they get built, and led the teams responsible for both. That combination gives me a vantage point most leadership advisors don’t have. I’ve felt firsthand what happens when a strategic decision reshapes a roadmap, when a broken process quietly stalls a good strategy, and when none of it moves without the people in the room believing in the direction. Most advisors specialize in one of those layers. I’ve had to hold all three at once.

That’s 20+ years doing it, grounded in a foundation from Penn State. More recently, as AI has changed how leaders have to think and decide, I’ve invested deliberately in staying ahead of it: executive education in AI leadership and strategy from Wharton, Vanderbilt, and MIT Sloan, alongside Lean Six Sigma training in the process discipline behind it.

What I kept seeing — across industries, across roles, across leaders at every level — wasn’t a capability problem. It was a navigation problem. Leaders who were deeply talented, genuinely committed, and completely stuck. Not because they didn’t know how to lead. Because clarity breaks under pressure — and when it does, priorities compete instead of compound, decisions get revisited instead of driving forward, and execution slows across teams.

Progress stalls not because people lack talent or ambition. It stalls because leaders are navigating too much change without the clarity, confidence, or support to move forward.

I’ve also put that belief to the test outside of consulting. My husband, Casey, and I co-founded CutIQ, a software company that applies the same clarity to the manufacturing industry. As co-founder and COO, I help build the tools that give shop floors visibility into their machines, production, and data, so operators and leaders can make stronger decisions in real time. It’s the same job in a different form: find where clarity is breaking down, and build what helps people move.

Momentum Group exists for that moment. Not to add more to your plate — but to help you use what you already have, in the complexity you’re already in.

The framework

Why decisions
feel harder
than they should.

“Most leadership decisions aren’t hard because of the choice. They’re hard because you’re solving the wrong layer.

You feel it when everything is urgent. When every option has consequences. When nothing feels clearly right — but standing still isn’t an option.

Leaders don’t get stuck because they can’t decide. They get stuck because three things are happening at once — and they’re all tangled together.

01
The decision
What am I actually choosing? Most leaders jump here first — but it’s rarely where the real work is.
02
The trade-off
What am I prioritizing — and what am I not? This is where alignment breaks and execution stalls.
03
The impact
Who or what does this affect? The downstream consequences on people, priorities, and momentum.
Clarity comes when you separate them.
Navigation means knowing which layer you’re working on — so you can move forward with confidence instead of circling.

What we believe

Conviction,
not
curriculum.

Most leadership support is built around what leaders should learn. We build around what leaders are already navigating.

01
You already have what it takes
The gap isn’t capability. It’s clarity. We help you find it in the moment — not after the fact.
02
Clarity before strategy
Most decisions feel hard because you’re solving the wrong layer. Clarity on the right one changes everything.
03
Navigation, not development
We don’t prepare you for future scenarios. We help you move through the complexity you’re already in.
04
People are the strategy
Results matter. So does how people experience getting there. Both things are true.

How Momentum is different.

Not one-size-fits-all. Not slide decks without action. Not inspiration without direction.

We meet you inside the complexity
Not outside it. We work with what’s actually happening — in your real conditions, on your real timeline — not a hypothetical version of your situation.
We work in real time
This isn’t prep work for a future scenario. You’ll use what you learn on the very next decision you face. That’s what navigation means.
We build on what you have
We don’t hand you a new framework. We help you deploy the judgment, instincts, and experience you’ve already built — in the moments that matter most.

This is where leaders get stuck
“Most leadership decisions aren’t hard because of the choice. They’re hard because you’re solving the wrong layer.
“Strong leaders do not always have the answer. They create clarity people can move with.

Ready to navigate

When clarity breaks,
everything gets harder.

Let’s find your way forward. Not in theory — in the complexity you’re already navigating.
