About Momentum Group

Built from the work.
Not from the sidelines.

Momentum Group was built on more than 20 years of leading through complexity: building teams, transforming organizations, launching products, navigating change, and turning strategy into execution.

The Founder’s Story

I built Momentum Group around a pattern I kept seeing.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across product, operations, strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership. I’ve built teams, redesigned how work gets done, led enterprise initiatives, and helped organizations turn strategy into execution.

Grounded in a foundation from Penn State, with executive education in AI leadership and strategy from Wharton, Vanderbilt, and MIT Sloan, alongside Lean Six Sigma training in the process discipline behind it.

Across very different environments, I kept seeing the same thing: capable people weren’t struggling because they lacked talent or ambition. They were struggling because the situation had changed faster than their ability to make sense of it.

Priorities competed. Decisions got revisited. Teams lost alignment. People knew how to lead, but the path forward wasn’t obvious.

That became the foundation for Momentum Group.

Today, I bring together the parts of my career that once looked separate: leadership, operations, product, technology, and transformation. The common thread has always been helping people turn complexity into better decisions and practical action.

And because I believe in building, not just advising, that work now extends into AI-enabled products and technology, including products developed through Momentum Group and my work co-building CutIQ for manufacturing.

Different problems. Same discipline: understand what matters, decide what comes next, and build forward from there.

What We Believe

Practical principles for how people and organizations move.

01
People are more capable than most systems assume
Our work starts with the judgment, experience, and strengths already in the room.
02
Clarity creates movement
When people know what matters, decisions get sharper and action gets easier.
03
Technology should strengthen judgment, not replace it
AI is most valuable when it helps people think, decide, and work differently.
04
Progress happens in practice
We care about what changes in real decisions, teams, workflows, and businesses, not just what sounds good in a workshop.

How Momentum is different.

Not one-size-fits-all. Not theory without action. Not technology without purpose.

We meet you where the work is
Real decisions, real transitions, real organizational challenges. We work from the situation you’re actually facing.
We connect people and systems
Leadership, process, technology, and execution are rarely separate problems. We look at how they work together.
We build for movement
Whether the answer is a conversation, framework, workflow, program, or product, the goal is practical forward progress.

I don’t believe you need someone to hand you all the answers.

I believe the best work starts by getting clear on what matters, using the experience and judgment already in the room, and figuring out what comes next.

That’s the work I built Momentum Group to do.
